Terms and Conditions of Refugio La Estepa

1. Introduction Refugio La Estepa, an unincorporated partnership, is the entity that acquires the 300-hectare field to carry out the project of establishing yurta refuges in Patagonia. This project includes the development of basic infrastructure: satellite internet, potable water, solar electric power for basic consumption, and sanitary facilities in accordance with the camping regulations of the area.

2. Nature of Property Refugio La Estepa, an unincorporated partnership, does not transfer ownership of the land, the refuges, or the 300 hectares of common spaces to the NFT holder. By purchasing an NFT from Refugio La Estepa, you are acquiring a 20-year usage license for a yurta, as well as the right to use common facilities, potable water, electric power for basic consumption, and sanitary facilities.

3. Use and Community Rules The NFT holder must comply with the community rules of the premises, respecting the environment and the conservation of the site as the main value. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of the usage license without the right to a refund.

4. Transfer of Rights The NFT holder may sell their NFT in the secondary market, transferring all associated rights to the new acquirer. The transfer of rights will be effective once the transaction is completed on the corresponding platform and the NFT ownership records are updated.

5. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions Refugio La Estepa, an unincorporated partnership, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to the NFT holders through official communication channels and will take effect 30 days after such notification. These changes are designed to provide flexibility and adapt to the operational and conservation needs of the project.

6. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer Refugio La Estepa is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the facilities. All licenses are provided "as is" and Refugio La Estepa does not offer any guarantees regarding the continuous availability of facilities or services.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration venue shall be Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the language of arbitration shall be Spanish. Any differences that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be submitted to the courts of Morón, Province of Buenos Aires.

9. Mechanism of Access to the Refuge with NFT

Delivery of the NFT to the Refuge Contract: Upon arrival at the refuge, the NFT holder must transfer their usage license NFT to the Refugio La Estepa smart contract. Once the smart contract receives the NFT, a stay token will automatically be issued to the holder.

Use of the Stay Token: The stay token acts as proof of access to the refuge during the holder's stay. The holder must present this token to the refuge staff to access and use the facilities.

Departure from the Refuge: At the end of the stay, the holder must transfer the stay token back to the Refugio La Estepa smart contract. Once the stay token is received, the smart contract will automatically return the usage license NFT to the holder.

Conditions of Use: The holder of the stay token must comply with all the rules and policies of the refuge during their stay. Any violation of the rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of access without the right to a refund.

Changes to the Process: Refugio La Estepa reserves the right to modify this access procedure at any time. Any changes will be notified to the NFT holders through official communication channels and will take effect 30 days after such notification. 10. The images are for illustrative purposes only.
